Jennifer Salas

Jennifer Salas joined Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in May 2024 with over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. She is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity for a variety of property types including multifamily, retail, office and industrial, single-tenant and net lease. She is armed with a robust network of national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders. Prior to MMCC, Jennifer spent five years managing her own advisory firm.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California Riverside and a Master of Business Administration in Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne. She is also on the Board of Directors for Risk Management Association of Orange County and is a sponsor for Miracles for Kids.
