Jeff Gabele is a Senior Associate of the Institutional Property Advisors’ (IPA) Seniors Housing Group and Marcus & Millichap’s National Seniors Housing Group.
He has 11 years of real estate experience specializing in apartments and seniors housing property types including independent, memory care, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities and continuing care retirement communities. Throughout his time with the firm, he has closed over $500 million in transactions.
Jeff is a graduate from the University of Arizona, with a Bachelor Degree in Regional Development and a minor in Economics.
