Jay Clark

Jay Clark is a dedicated commercial real estate associate specializing in multi-tenant retail properties across Wisconsin. With a unique background in psychology, Jay brings a deep understanding of human behavior and social dynamics to his work, allowing him to effectively navigate client needs, motivations, and business negotiations in the ever-evolving real estate market.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Mr. Clark then transitioned into the real estate sector, where his ability to understand motivations and relationships has proven invaluable. In August 2023, Jay took his passion for real estate further by pursuing a Master of Science in International Real Estate at Florida International University, expected to graduate in May 2025. This academic pursuit showcases his commitment to expanding his knowledge of both the local and global real estate landscape.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Jay values spending time with family and enjoys a variety of activities that keep him grounded, including playing the piano, practicing jiu-jitsu, watching sports, hunting, and embracing the great outdoors.
