Jason Finkelstein

Jason Finkelstein joined Marcus & Millichap in 2024 after transitioning from a career in B2B Software Sales, where he held roles as an Enterprise Account Executive at Glassdoor and Upwork. Jason now specializes in multifamily and mixed-use properties, focusing on the West Side of downtown Chicago, including neighborhoods like Bucktown, Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village, & West Town. Jason also maintains a secondary focus on the East Side, serving areas like Old Town, River North, Streeterville, and the Gold Coast.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in Human Resources and Management from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the University of Kent, Canterbury, completed in 2021. When he’s not working, Jason enjoys walking the markets, trying every new restaurant in the neighborhoods, or playing basketball, golf, and frisbee, as well as spending time with his newborn nephews.

His dynamic background in finance, sales, and real estate allows him to bring a strategic and client-focused approach to the Chicagoland multifamily market.
