Jason Cole began his commercial real estate career in 2005 specializing in the sale of Medical and Office properties throughout Los Angeles. With over $500 million in completed transactions, Jason has executed hundreds of sale and lease transactions while representing investors, owner/users, landlords, and tenants throughout Los Angeles.

Jason’s wealth of experience, along with his comprehensive knowledge in market trends and local industry enables him to guide his clients through complex sales and leasing scenarios, provide creative solutions to challenging problems, while safeguarding a commitment to delivering top tier customer service.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Jason lives with his wife and two daughters in Encino. When not spending time with his family, Jason is actively involved with charitable organizations, currently serving a 2-year term as Chair of the Young Men's Division of The Guardians of LA Jewish Health and a member of the University of Michigan Alumni Association.
