James Yang

James Yang specializes in the acquisition and disposition of both single tenant net leased and multi-tenant retail assets which cater to a national buyer pool. James prides himself in having a client-centered focus, in-depth understanding of the market and an unparalleled commitment to his clients. With an emphasis on exclusive seller representation and a marketing concept that centers on the creation of competition amongst buyers, James is able to consistently achieve clients’ goals. Prior to joining the firm, James successfully owned and operated portfolio of 15 retail franchise business. His experience as a franchisee operator, gives him a greater sense of the advantages that can be gained for his clients.
James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from University of Southern California. He’s a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Retail Group.
