Jim Knapp is based in the Detroit office of Marcus & Millichap. He was one of the founding agents in the Detroit office since opening in 1998. Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Jim has focused on senior housing investment advisory and sales. Jim has been involved in this specialty area for over 25 years.
