James Manning

James Manning, of Marcus & Millichap’s Boston Office, specializes in office and industrial assets in the New England Region. He focuses specifically south of Boston. His daily goal is to provide a high-quality brokerage experience with extensive market research from the past and present to help his clients create and preserve wealth now and in the future. Throughout the transaction process James is committed to creating the best possible outcome for his client that will result in the maximum price, best terms, and highest probability to close.

Mr. Manning joined the Klein group at Marcus and Millichap in 2021. Currently, the group spans four total members covering the New England Market with a specific focus in Eastern, Western & Southern Massachusetts. As a collaborative working group they are able to share their knowledge to both grow as experts and provide clients with the ultimate research and market insight. The Klein Group ranks as one of the top performing industrial groups within New England.

When James isn't speaking with clients or helping them grow their wealth, he can be found biking throughout Boston, enjoying the outdoors with friends and spending time with his family.
