James D. Conley

James is a senior managing director of the Philadelphia & King of Prussia office of Marcus & Millichap’s Capital Corporation and rejoined the platform in June of 2021 following MMCC’s considerable investments in resources & capabilities. He joins MMCC as a leader of the Greater Philadelphia Market’s debt & equity origination team with extensive experience in capital markets including more than 17 experience at multiple investment sales brokerage companies as well as leading his own mortgage brokerage business – JC Capital. Previously, James spent time as a Managing Director of JLL following the HFF acquisition, and was a Senior Director of origination with MMCC until 2014. He is primarily responsible for placing debt and equity for owners of retail, multifamily, industrial and office properties. Throughout the course of his career, he’s completed more than $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
James Graduated from Wilmington University with a Degree in Business Administration.
