Jim leverages Marcus & Millichap's national platform, including the firm's proprietary MNet buyer network, to connect Maine assets with qualified investors across the country. His advisory approach is grounded in a deep understanding of local market dynamics, with a target transaction range of $3 million to $20 million serving private investors and owner-operators throughout the region.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Jim spent 18 years in B2B sales before transitioning to commercial real estate brokerage. That foundation in consultative selling, relationship development, and complex negotiation informs every client engagement, from initial valuation through closing.

A Boston native and Boston College graduate, Jim relocated to Maine with his wife, a Maine native, and has built deep roots in the communities he serves across Southern Maine. He is a licensed associate broker in Maine.
