From the tactical experience he gained working in the political arena, to the leadership and quantifiable results he showed in the sales and retail industries, his approach has always been results-oriented. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Jalen successfully launched a new retail location in an untapped, untouched market, lifting sales to 30% ahead of projections during his tenure. He also successfully built a sales portfolio producing $23.4M in annual processing volume.
