Jake is an investment sales associate specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties across the Midwest. He is committed to delivering data-driven advisory and tailored solutions to private investors, developers, and institutions throughout the region.

Jake graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Finance and Real Estate, along with a Certificate in Investments. His strong analytical background and deep understanding of market fundamentals allow him to support clients in making strategic decisions aligned with their investment goals.

Based out of the St. Louis office, Jake leverages Marcus & Millichap’s national platform and collaborative brokerage network to maximize value and exposure for each client.
