Jaden Malan is a commercial real estate agent in Marcus & Millichap’s Salt Lake City office, specializing in industrial investment sales throughout Utah’s Wasatch Front. With more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience, he advises investors, landlords, occupiers and developers on acquisitions and dispositions across office/warehouse, manufacturing, distribution and flex properties. In addition to his primary focus on investment sales, he provides industrial leasing advisory services to help clients evaluate opportunities and make informed decisions that align with their broader investment objectives.
Malan emphasizes understanding each client’s objectives and developing clear, tailored strategies designed to maximize asset value and support long-term investment success. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2026, bringing extensive market knowledge and a client-focused approach to every transaction.
Active in Utah’s commercial real estate community, Malan served on the boards of directors for CREDA Utah (formerly NAIOP Utah) and the CCIM Utah Chapter in 2023. He was also appointed to NAIOP’s Developing Leaders I National Forum in 2021, serving through 2024.
