Jacob Vandenburg

Jake Vandenburg is a Net-Leased specialist in the firm's Jacksonville Office. In his role as an associate, he focuses on exclusively representing buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the Southeast. Jake is committed to developing extensive market expertise, with a concentration on Industrial Outdoor Storage as well as his team’s overall specialty in Automotive Properties. Part of his business strategy involves fostering long-term relationships with clients and offering advisory services throughout the ownership cycle to help them make the most informed decisions.

Originally from California, Jake earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University, where he also served as captain of the Surf Team. He currently resides in Ponte Vedra Beach.
