Jacob Vandenburg

Jake Vandenburg is an industrial real estate specialist based in the firm’s Jacksonville office, with a dedicated focus on Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) properties across the Southeast. His expertise spans a variety of IOS uses, including equipment rental yards, contractor storage, truck terminals, trailer parking, and material laydown yards. As an associate, Jake exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment-grade industrial assets throughout the Southeast.

Originally from California, Jake earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University, where he also served as captain of the university’s surf team. He is a member of the Gould Shelby Biuso Koch Team based in Orlando—a top-producing group with over $746.4 million in closed transaction volume to date.
