Jacob Kundrat

Jacob Kundrat is an associate investments with the JRA Office & Industrial Group of Marcus & Millichap, based in the Chicago Downtown office. He assists clients with the sale and acquisition of office and industrial properties, providing guidance on investment strategies throughout the transaction process. His focus includes the southwest suburbs of Chicago and northern Indiana, where he supports owners with thoughtful, client-focused commercial real estate advisory services.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2025, he has brought a solutions-oriented approach built on strong problem-solving and communication skills. He is known for prioritizing honest, productive conversations and taking the time to understand each owner’s unique situation to develop strategic outcomes. Prior to his brokerage career, he worked as an assistant project manager and gained early consulting experience through academic projects, reinforcing his interest in solving complex business challenges for clients.

A native of Lockport, Illinois, he earned a degree in enterprise leadership from the University of Iowa.
