Jack O'Neill

Jack O'Neill advises developers, private, and institutional clients in the sale and acquisition of net-leased properties on a nationwide basis. Based out of Marcus & Millichap's Nashville office, Jack focuses on delivering value to his clients through precise analytical work and tenacious outreach, ensuring they receive tailored guidance in navigating the commercial real estate market.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2023, Jack gained valuable experience in the aviation sector. He worked as a Rotorcraft Operations Manager with Blade Urban Air Mobility, where he oversaw helicopter operations out of New York City. He also served as the Vice President of Sales & Finance at Zero-G, playing a key role in the company's rapid growth.

Originally from Darien, Connecticut, Jack graduated from Boston College with a degree in Finance & Entrepreneurship.
