Jack O’Neill is a Net Lease Real Estate Advisor with Marcus & Millichap’s Nashville office, working as part of the top-producing Glass Hernandez Group. He advises franchisees, developers, private capital groups, and individual owners nationwide on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-leased assets.

Jack specializes in 1031 exchanges, sale-leaseback structuring, and tailored advisory brokerage designed to help clients build and preserve wealth. His approach combines sharp analytical insight with relentless outreach to deliver results and uncover opportunities others miss.

Before entering commercial real estate, Jack held leadership roles in the aviation sector, including stints at Blade Urban Air Mobility and Zero-G, where he helped scale operations and sales. Originally from Darien, CT, he is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in Finance & Entrepreneurship.
