Ilya Pigman

Ilya Pigman is a Multifamily property specialist with The DeLoney Group based out of Sacramento, California with Marcus & Millichap.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2023, Ilya pursued and acquired his Accounting degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. During his tenure, Ilya was a part of the Wolfpack Football team in which he earned a scholarship to attend the University and compete amongst other great athletes. Having an analytical and competitive nature, Ilya is poised to provide his clients with the most thorough information regarding their investments and work relentlessly on their behalf.

Ilya grew up in the East Bay Area, spent half a decade in Northern Nevada, and has since welcomed Sacramento as his forever home. He enjoys the seasonal pleasures of Lake Tahoe for skiing, water sports, and hiking. In his free time, Ilya enjoys gathering with friends for sporting events, visiting family in the Bay Area and Scottsdale, and going on adventures with his wife and two dogs.
