Ian Grusd

Ian Grusd, CCIM SIOR has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience providing acquisition, disposition and advisory services and is an expert with accelerated marketing and property dispositions through Auction. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ian was National Director at Ten-X joining at inception in 2016.

Ian has sourced and sold in excess of $1B of product type throughout the United States. Clients include Institutions, REITS, Syndicators, Private Equity Funds and Family Offices. Ian is a member, and has held leadership positions, with both the CCIM Institute and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

He is approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey for Continuing Legal Education and has spoken at numerous Conferences including the Appraisal Institute, RealShare, NJ State Bar Association and the CCIM Institute. In addition, he has received multiple awards for SIOR transactions.

He has a B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University and Executive Education, Cornell University and University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.

Ian was a member of the USA Men’s Soccer team that won Bronze medals at the Maccabiah Games, Israel, Pan Am Games, Chile, Mexico and Argentina.
