Hunter McIntosh

Hunter McIntosh is an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Charlotte Uptown office, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties throughout the Carolinas. He provides clients with in-depth commercial real estate analysis, market insights and strategic negotiation support to help them achieve their investment goals.

With a background in finance and business analytics, McIntosh brings a data-driven approach to commercial real estate. His experience as a Division I college basketball player has instilled in him a strong work ethic, competitive drive, and commitment to excellence—qualities that serve him well in advising clients and navigating complex transactions.

McIntosh earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Elon University and a master’s degree in business analytics from the University of Nevada, Reno. Outside of work, he runs youth basketball skills clinics in partnership with Mecklenburg Parks & Recreation and enjoys hot yoga, golf, and exploring the outdoors.
