Hunter Barocas

Hunter Barocas is an Investment Sales Associate at Marcus and Millichap, specializing in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use properties in the Astoria and Long Island City submarkets of Queens. Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Hunter graduated from Gettysburg College. While there, Hunter was a member of the football team, Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, and spent time working in the equipment room. In his free time, Hunter enjoys exploring New York City, traveling the world, and hanging out with his friends.
