Hugo Cardona

Hugo Cardona is an Associate with the De La Rosa Team at Marcus & Millichap; where he specializes in advising corporate, institutional and private clients on their retail, industrial, and land acquisitions or dispositions.

Hugo transitioned from working in-house at a large development firm to Marcus & Millichap in 2023 and has personally closed five transactions with over $11M in transaction volume, and has assisted the team in closing over 20 transactions with $70M+ in transaction volume in 2024 alone.

Hugo graduated with a Finance Degree from the University of Central Florida and quickly began working for Magna Developer in Broward County, FL. as Project Manager for a new 24-high-end home Community called Oak Park, guiding the project from site work to final walk-throughs. During this time, Hugo achieved his General Contractor License in 2019 and learned the fundamentals of real estate construction.

After this, Hugo spent close to half a decade working with Miami developer Integra Investments partaking in the repositioning and development of multiple assets & asset classes ranging from hotels in the Florida Keys to office buildings in Miami Beach.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Hugo continues to prioritize client relationships as we help owners and buyers navigate the challenging economic environment.
