Henry Wiese

Henry Wiese is an Associate Investments advisor with Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the sale and acquisition of apartments and mixed-use investment properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He is committed to helping property owners and investors maximize value through strategic advisory services, market expertise, and a relationship-driven approach.
His passion for multifamily real estate began at an early age through his father and uncle's involvement in multifamily and affordable housing development. Growing up around the industry sparked significant interest in real estate investing and apartment ownership.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Henry built a strong sales foundation through roles in wine and spirits sales and freight brokerage, where he developed expertise in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management.
Henry earned a BBA in Marketing from Boise State University, where he served as Captain of the Club Rugby Team and was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. He continues to compete with the San Francisco Golden Gate Men's Rugby Club, bringing the same discipline, teamwork, and competitive drive to his clients and business.
