Harrison Powell Wambulu


Harrison Powell is an Associate agent focusing on retail properties out of the Downtown L.A. Marcus & Millichap office. Harrison joined Marcus & Millichap in 2019 and currently focuses on high quality retail investments throughout the Western U.S. with
major focus on L.A. County Harbor submarket, Antelope Valley and Northern California.

Harrison, who is originally from England, came to the United States as a high school sophomore on an academic and basketball sponsorship in the Modesto, CA area. He earned all League honors in 2003 and helped lead his team to a Division State championship in 2004. He was also introduced to American Football in high school when he was named a two-time Southern League Defensive Player of the Year. Shortly thereafter Harrison earned a full scholarship to University Nevada Reno. At UNR he was a promising raw talent as a defensive lineman / outside linebacker but after second season Harrison had to take medical leave due to a knee injury.

After graduating from UNR, Harrison returned to the Modesto area as a fitness professional and sports strength/conditioning coach with specialization in Olympic/Sport specific weight training, functional and rehabilitation training. With his systematic approach to success with clients/athletes in the world of fitness Harrison brings the same discipline and methodical approach to his advisory services for his clients.

Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and minor in Speech Communication from the University Nevada-Reno (UNR). He is also an a former volunteer in the Inglewood CA community working with kids as he’s involved in ‘Rite of Passage,’ a boys development program (12 to 15yr old) into manhood, that instill social awareness, educational tools, character and life skill necessary to succeed in a changing world.
