Harrison Creason

Harrison Creason is a Senior Director of Investment Sales with Marcus & Millichap based in the firm's Charleston office. Since joining the firm in 2015, Harrison has built a career focused on capital markets transactions, advising owners and investors on dispositions, acquisitions, refinancing, and value-add strategies for income-producing assets.

Harrison co-leads an investment sales team with his business partner Andrew Margulies, with agents and support staff based across the Carolinas and Southern Virginia, with team members in Charleston, Charlotte, Raleigh, Richmond, and Hampton Roads. With a combined experience of 40+ years and a 20+ year track record, the team excels in proficient underwriting and seasoned deal making expertise when advising clients. Harrison and his team advise private and institutional landlords of retail and flex-industrial assets, and regularly transact on a variety of multi-tenant, single-tenant, value-add, and development assignments for clients across the Southeast.

Harrison joined Marcus & Millichap as an intern in 2015 and was promoted to Associate that same year, where he was given the region's "Rookie of the Year" award. Harrison was promoted to Senior Associate in 2018. In 2022 he was promoted to First Vice President, and in 2024 was promoted to Senior Director. Harrison has received numerous awards including CoStar Power Broker and the Marcus & Millichap Sales Recognition Award, and in 2025 he was ranked in the top 30 of all retail agents in the firm nationwide.

Harrison is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree as a History major. He is an active member of ULI and ICSC and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
