Mr. Hanifi serves as an Associate Director Investments at Marcus & Millichap, focusing on national investment sales across Data Center, Industrial, and Office assets. Leveraging over 25 years of combined experience in commercial real estate, capital markets, and investments, he supports institutional investors and corporate clients in structuring transactions that align operational needs with long-term investment objectives.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Hanifi directed business development at a $5 billion AUM RIA advisory firm, overseeing 500+ reinsurance portfolios and driving growth initiatives. He also spent time at a leading global wire house, where he developed wealth management solutions for high-net-worth clients. Earlier in his career, he built a retail finance company to $80M+ in annual sales, establishing strong banking relationships and executing strategic acquisitions.

Mr. Hanifi earned his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University and an MBA from Howard University. He is licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia, and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses. Mr. Hanifi brings a strong background in finance and real estate, with expertise spanning commercial real estate brokerage, investment strategy, and financial advisory services.
