Hank Wolfer

Hank Wolfer is First Vice President of Investments working out of the firm’s Seattle office. He specializes in the sale of Single-Tenant Net Leased Properties on a national level while also transacting nationally branded multi-tenant retail centers in certain markets. Since 2014 Hank has sold more than 240 properties valued at over $540,000,000 while representing franchisees, corporations and private investors. Most of Hank's transactions involve 1031 exchanges and he is an expert in successfully completing the exchange per the IRS guidelines and required timing. Hank manages The Wolfer Group which includes Carson Breshears. Together, they focus on all retail with a special focus on quick service restaurants, auto parts, auto service, childcare, dollar stores, drug stores and some single tenant medical uses.

He has earned numerous sales awards throughout the years including a National Achievement Award and several Sales Recognition Awards. Outside of the office Hank enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters while also finding time to golf, fly fish and bike.
