Greg is an Investment Specialist at Marcus & Millichap’s flagship Encino office. He has held a California Real Estate License for the past 3 years and specializes in multifamily investment sales throughout the San Fernando Valley. Greg has set himself apart in this highly competitive field by demonstrating integrity, communicating proactively and transparently, and demonstrating care for client’s goals as if they were his own. This has led him to be recognized by Marcus & Millichap leadership as a top-performing broker in his rookie year.

With the resources available at Marcus & Millichap, Greg can take an individualized approach to his clients and facilitate all aspects of the investment process. His expertise includes asset underwriting, market positioning, return on equity analysis, and 1031 Exchange execution.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Greg graduated from the University of Arizona with degrees in Business Management and Psychology. His educational background gave him the foundation to balance his clients’ needs with empathy and rigor.

In his spare time, you can find Greg traveling, enjoying LA’s comedy clubs, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his wife, dog and cat.
