Gracie Roberson, focuses on analysis, acquisitions, and dispositions of office & industrial assets in the South-East. Ms. Roberson is a member of The AP Group and is located in Nashville, TN, the city where she was born & raised in. Her team has been the #1 Office & Industrial team in the Mid-Atlantic region five years in a row with recent closings in over 20 states, totaling over 3.5 million square feet and 160 million in dollar value. Gracie’s mission is to anticipate the future for her clients’ portfolios and connecting with property owners years before they contemplate buying or selling. Her passion lies in helping property owners unlock the hidden potential within their assets. She is able to do this with her advisory skills as she meticulously analyzes and optimizes every aspect of her client’s building’s financial performance. This helps to ensure that the clients enjoy not only increased income but also a higher property valuation. In today’s rapidly evolving CRE landscape, understanding and responding to the shifting market trends is paramount. Gracie graduated from the University of Tennessee with a major in Marketing and a minor in Logistics. Ms. Roberson has been a part of Marcus & Millichap’s Corporate Fellowship two-year training program after which she decided to stay on board and continue the career path of commercial real estate investment sales.
