Grant Fitzgerald is Managing Director Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa specializing in Multifamily Investment Property. He joined the firm in 2012 specializing in multifamily investments in the Washington, D.C., office. In 2018 he was appointed to Sales Manager in DC before relocating to the Tampa office to serve as Market Leader. A year later Grant was recruited to lead the firm's Ohio business, which consistently ranks as one of the firm's most productive business units. In 2026 Grant relocated back to Tampa with his family to pursue a brokerage business and currently works with multifamily owners to buy and sell income producing properties.

From 2012-2018 Grant personally sold 50 transactions in Washington, D.C. and Virginia, including mostly Rent-Controlled and TOPA-Restricted Apartment Buildings as well as Bankruptcy sales and Condo Conversions. Since that time, as Market Leader, he has worked with some of the industry’s best brokers in Tampa, Cleveland, and Columbus who have closed in that span a total of 4,130 transactions and $31.9 Billion in Volume across 14 different product types, including more than 300 Multifamily transactions totaling more than $4 Billion in Volume.

In addition to focusing on Multifamily in Southwest Florida, Grant currently serves as the Broker of Record in both West Virginia and Kentucky for Marcus & Millichap. He graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
