Graham O'Neill

Graham O’Neill is an Associate Investments with Marcus & Millichap, specializing in net-lease retail. He has partnered with Jacob Keith and David Weinberg, who have completed over $2.67 billion in transactions across 44 states, providing institutional-level advisory services to private and corporate investors nationwide.

Graham began his career with Marcus & Millichap as an assistant for the team, gaining valuable experience underwriting deals, analyzing market data, and supporting nationwide transactions. He now brings that expertise to his clients with a commitment to building lasting relationships and delivering results.

Outside of brokerage, Graham served on the executive board of the Entrepreneurs Organization at Grand Valley State University, demonstrating his passion for leadership and innovation. He graduated with dual degrees in finance and economics with an emphasis in real estate, providing him with a strong foundation to guide clients through complex investment decisions.

A lifelong golfer, Graham has played the game since childhood and continues to compete and connect with clients on the course. He believes golf reflects many of the same principles that drive success in real estate — discipline, patience, and strategic thinking — and enjoys using the game as a way to build genuine relationships beyond the office.
