Georgie Christensen-Riley

Georgie Christensen-Riley is a top multi-family advisor focused on helping investors buy and sell in secondary and tertiary markets throughout Oregon and Washington.

Georgie began the Christensen Group in 2014, specializing in secondary and tertiary markets and has closed apartment deals at record values throughout the Willamette Valley. Georgie was Broker of the Year in 2019 and lead the Portland office in list-to-close ratio. Historically, Georgie has closed ninety-seven percent of her listings and has earned sellers an average of 103% list-to-close values. She has earned numerous accolades during her career with Marcus & Millichap including the National Achievement Award and continues to be a leader in the industry.

Born and raised in Hillsboro, Oregon, Georgie is able to assist clients with uniquely insightful information. Through leveraging Marcus & Millichap's national marketing platform, Georgie provides investors with access to the industry’s largest inventory of deliverable commercial property as well as connects them to the largest pool of qualified private and institutional buyers and sellers.

Georgie graduated Concordia University in Portland with honors. She studied business administration with a concentration in marketing. Georgie was a four-year collegiate women’s soccer athlete, and and All-American. After ending her athletic career at Concordia, Georgie went on to compete in the Women's Professional Soccer League for the Portland Rain. Georgie is a proud member of CREW-Portland and Multifamily Northwest.

Outside of real estate, Georgie has served as a coach for F.C. Portland Academy. In their free time, Georgie, her husband Scott and son Jameson enjoy exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest and look forward to their camping and hiking trips.
