George Hoysgaard

George Hoysgaard is an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Retail & Mixed-Use division, bringing a strong foundation in communication and client service to the Chicago Downtown office. Born in Chicago, he splits his time between Lincoln Park and the southwest suburb of Burr Ridge, maintaining deep ties to the local market.

George graduated from Auburn University with a degree in finance. Before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2025, he built a successful sales career in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he developed a growing book of business spanning the entire Southwest region. His experience in cultivating long-term client relationships and managing multi-state territories enables him to deliver strategic, high-value guidance to investors.

Outside of work, George enjoys staying connected to both his city roots and the broader community, drawing on his diverse professional background and personal interests, including being an avid traveler, Chicago sports fan and golf enthusiast, to inform a thoughtful, client-focused approach to brokerage.
