Gary Winfield

Gary Winfield is an Associate with the Brandon Michaels Group at Marcus & Millichap (Encino Office). Since joining in January of 2023, he is on a steady pace of growth to establishing himself as an emerging young talent in the Multi-Tenant Retail, and office property space. His vast experience in sales and background in the fashion industry plays a vital role in him communicating effectively, negotiating expertly, and building long term relationships industry wide.

He has lived in Southern California his entire life and has an in-depth understanding of the varying regions and nuances associated with each specific market.

Gary graduated locally from the Cal State University Northridge, where he earned a Psychology degree.
