Gary brings over 30 years' professional CRE experience, creativity, and diligence to each assignment with expertise in acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management activities adding value and achieving clients' goals.

Gary has worked in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings managing real estate portfolios and teams of real estate professionals, analyzing financial performance and executing redevelopment, revitalization and "lease-up" strategies in urban and suburban markets throughout the LA North region in addition to handling specific assignments for private clients.

Gary works with both corporate and entrepreneurial clients, approaching each assignment as a strategic partner. Gary has successfully transacted leases and sales valued in excess of $1.2 Billion.
