Garrett Oakey

Garrett Oakey is a member of a national healthcare real estate team based in downtown Chicago, where he specializes in assisting medical investment owners across the Midwest. He works closely with physicians and investors to strategically position their real estate assets, ensuring they maximize value throughout every stage of ownership. With a client-first approach, Garrett prioritizes consistent follow-up, clear communication and long-term relationship building. His expertise spans Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.

Garrett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Colgate University, where he was also a student-athlete, playing football while developing strong analytical skills in the real estate club. There, he underwrote over $200 million in investment properties. His background in competitive environments and financial analysis gives him the discipline, persistence, and precision needed to help clients achieve their investment goals.
