Gareth Wintjes is a commercial real estate broker focused on the leasing and sale of industrial properties throughout the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2025 to work alongside Alex Girling and has quickly built a reputation for his creative problem-solving, market knowledge, and client-first approach.
Known for his adaptability and strategic mindset, Gareth provides tailored guidance to help clients navigate complex market conditions and achieve their goals. His work is grounded in a strong sense of accountability, respect, and professionalism. Prior to brokerage, Gareth was a research analyst at a global real estate firm, managing industrial property data and producing custom market surveys. He also brings valuable sales and customer service experience from his time with one of Canada’s top telecommunications companies.
Gareth holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the UBC Sauder School of Business, with a double major in Real Estate and Finance.
