Gabriel Trempe

Gabriel Trempe holds degrees in urban planning and development project management from the University of Montreal. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, he gained more than seven years of experience working for major real estate developers, where he actively contributed to the completion of major multi-residential projects in Montreal. This hands-on experience has given him a deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory constraints, and the specific needs of promoters, investors, and developers.

Gabriel is also involved in the real estate community as a member of the Young Ambassadors Network committee of the Urban Development Institute (IDU), a position he holds from 2021 to 2025. This involvement has allowed him to build a strong strategic network within the Greater Montreal real estate ecosystem.

At Marcus & Millichap, Gabriel specializes in the acquisition and disposition of strategic real estate assets, with a keen interest in land for development, development projects, buildings for repositioning, and income-producing assets.

Outside of work, Gabriel is passionate about fitness and is an elite golfer. A former member and captain of the Université de Montréal Carabins men's golf team, he competed at a high level for several years.
