Friedrich Temps

Friedrich Temps was born and raised in Germany. He holds his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a degree in Economics from the Technical University of Braunschweig. He started his Real Estate Career at Cushman & Wakefield in Berlin and Frankfurt in Germany where he worked on the Industrial Appraisal division. He was involved in large portfolios from industry leading logistic companies throughout Europe.

2021 he moved to San Francisco where he used his knowledge of Industrial Appraisals on Appraisals on all asset classes throughout the Bay Area. Under supervision he appraised $750M worth of real estate in San Francisco and the greater SF Bay Area. He was involved in over $2B worth of real estate appraisals. His most memorable and important project that he was involved in as a team member was a large multifamily luxury high-rise in Rincon Hill.

In September of 2024 he joined Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco as a member of the Batlin Group. Friedrich focusses on Multifamily and Mixed-use properties throughout the City of San Francisco. Friedrich takes great pride in delivering exceptional service to his clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.

He enjoys nature, sailing, skiing, cooking and being around his good friends.
