Franklyn Palau specializes in the brokerage of multifamily, land and urban mixed-use development projects in the state of Florida and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. With his two decades of real estate experience, he has worked with institutional investors, hedge fund managers and foreign investors.

Franklyn’s drive to excel further in his real estate career led him to Marcus & Millichap in 2020 as an associate. Prior to his current role, he thrived as a global real estate advisor for TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, where he was employed for just over two years.
