Frank Montalto

Frank Montalto draws on his extensive relationships with national, regional and local funding sources to secure commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, senior housing and self-storage. Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets, Mr. Montalto worked for an international financial institution managing a multibillion-dollar lending portfolio.

Mr. Montalto holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Management from the University of Iowa. He holds a real estate license in Illinois and is a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association, Real Estate Investment Association Emerging Leaders and the Urban Land Institute.
