Frank Mazzola grew up in North Jersey and later attended Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he earned his Finance degree. During his time at Kelley, he built a strong foundation in financial analysis, market research, and investment strategy—skills that would later shape his approach to real estate. Beyond academics, Frank gained hands-on experience in industrial operations, logistics, and trucking, working with fleet management companies and supply chain firms. These roles exposed him to the daily challenges of industrial property users, from optimizing warehouse layouts to managing truck routing and parking logistics.

As an industrial property specialist at Marcus & Millichap’s Saddle Brook, NJ office, Frank applies his deep knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and trucking to investment sales. Having worked with companies ranging from the Amazons of the world to small three-man operations, he understands the unique challenges that businesses of all sizes face when it comes to industrial real estate. Whether it's securing a high-efficiency distribution center for a national operator or finding the right facility for a growing local business, Frank provides tailored solutions that align with his clients' operational needs and investment goals.
