Fin Erwin

Fin Erwin joined Marcus & Millichap as a Senior Multifamily Investment Advisor. He brings a unique breadth of knowledge and experience to the team having been instrumental in the acquisition and disposition of over $900 million of real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Erwin owned and operated a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and served as Vice President of Investments for a private equity real estate investment firm. Mr. Erwin was responsible for all brokerage services with a focus on the acquisition, analysis, underwriting, and disposition of multifamily properties throughout Texas. Prior to that, Mr. Erwin provided real estate investment advisory services for one of the largest public retirement funds while at L&B Realty Advisors. He began his career as a due diligence and acquisitions analyst for Behringer Harvard’s $3 billion Office REIT.

Mr. Erwin received his Juris Doctorate and M.B.A. degrees from Texas Tech University. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2012 and is a Certified Mediator in the State of Texas. He graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University with a dual degree in real estate finance and entrepreneurial management.
