Fabian Griffith

Fabian Griffith specializes in single-tenant triple net (NNN) nationwide.
Fabian earned his bachelor’s degree in communication with an emphasis
in organizational communication and public relations from California
State University, Los Angeles in 2017. In addition, he’s currently
pursuing his master’s in business administration with a concentration
in finance from the University of La Verne.
He brings a unique sports background, owning a successful small
business specializing in athletic wear, was a personal trainer, won NBC’s
Next Olympic Hopeful, and placed third on the USA bobsled team at the
North American Cup.
Leveraging his communications expertise and sports background,
Fabian consistently illustrates his personable attitude, keen commitment
to excellence, and competitive nature to seek out the best deal on behalf
of clients.
When asked why he was interested in real estate, Fabian said, “Embarking
on this new professional venture has been a dream of mine for many
years. Since owning a company of my own, I see firsthand the real estate
needs of business owners. Regardless, if a client is a consistent or firsttime buyer, it is my privilege to equip them with the knowledge and
resources to empower them to make an informed decision.
