Eymon Binesh

Eymon Binesh is an accomplished investment specialist and First Vice President at Marcus & Millichap's founding Palo Alto office. He has built a reputation as a market leader in the Bay Area, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family and retail properties across the country with a focus on the Bay Area.

Eymon began his career in July 2018 and quickly established himself as a top performer, closing $100,000,000 in investment sales during his first year and setting the record for the highest-producing rookie in the 53-year history of the firm's Palo Alto office. This outstanding achievement earned him the recognition of Marcus & Millichap's National Rookie of the Year in 2019 out of more than 80 offices nationwide and in Canada.

Since then, Eymon has continued to excel, earning multiple National Achievement Awards, Sales Recognition Awards, and the Rising Star Award. At the age of 26, Eymon was nominated as one of the youngest and quickest to become First Vice President in the company's history. He has successfully brokered over $450,000,000 in commercial real estate transactions since January 2019.

Eymon holds a Master's Degree in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Oregon.
