Evan Cannan

Evan Cannan is a retail broker in Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office specializing in the sale of multi-tenant retail and single-tenant net leased assets. Evan is a true Tampa native growing up in Pinellas County and attending Jesuit High School of Tampa in Hillsborough County. Throughout the years he has been able to see this market develop into what it is today.

Evan began his relationship with Marcus & Millichap when he joined the firm in 2018 as a Sales Intern. In that role, he was responsible for the financial analysis and market research of multi-tenant reail and single-tenant net leased assets. Since then, Evan has sold a deal volume of over $100,000,000 and has successfully become an extremely active multi-tenant retail and single-tenant net leased broker in Florida. In the event that a sale is in the best interest of a client, Evan is able to combine his expertise and experience, paired with the ability to access the largest pool of investors through Marcus & Millichap's nationwide platform, to ultimately achieve multiple offers and get his clients the absolute highest price.

Evan currently holds a bachelor of science in Real Estate with minors in entrepreneurship and economics from Florida State University. In his leisure time Evan enjoys traveling, watching sports, golfing, and visiting family members.
