Ernesto Ramos joined Marcus and Millichap to pursue Retail and Net Lease Investment Sales. As an associate who advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail and net leased properties in Southern California. Prior to Marcus and Millichap, Ernesto was an associate for The Ramos Real Estate Group. His experience spans working with budget expenses, contractors, development, and private equity and capital. Ernesto prides himself on prioritizing his clients, their best interests, and building relationships. He graduated from California Polytechnic Pomona University in Business Administration where he studied Marketing and Promotions. He also enjoys his time with his friends and family, playing basketball, and enjoying the outdoors such as the beach. Ernesto prides himself on delivering valuable information and is committed to growing his relationships with clients, and helping people make the best trade decision in the retail and net leased investment market.
