Eric Pentore

Eric T. Pentore is an investment specialist with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. Eric has been with the organization for over ten years, having joined Marcus & Millichap in November of 2007. Based in New Haven, Connecticut, Eric has been involved with the multifamily real estate market for most of his life. He is recognized for his experience in the Connecticut multifamily market and has extensive knowledge of local and regional markets. Actively involved in the evaluation of properties, he has experience with real estate investment strategies and is familiar with both private and institutional investors. Growing up in central Connecticut Eric has lived in the state his entire life. He gained valuable experience during the recession, which contributed to his strong and trusting relationships with multifamily investors throughout the northeast. He has closed over $900,000,000 in investment real estate transactions throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island. Mr. Pentore received a B.S. in Business Management and Organization from Central Connecticut State University, where he was captain of the University Men’s Golf Team from 2004 to 2006. He is a member of the National Multi Housing Group.
