Emma Nelson

Emma Nelson is a Hospitality Specialist in the firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Allred Hotel Group. Emma specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Hospitality assets throughout her home state of California. Emma represents a variety of clientele in the private and institutional sectors each having unique interests in real estate. Emma's deep understanding of the complexities of hospitality have allowed her to create long-lasting and valuable relationships. The Allred Hotel group is one of the top hospitality teams at Marcus & Millichap and Emma is mentored by the most tenured Hospitality broker at the firm.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Emma worked in family law assisting clients with asset division through litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Her previous work experience allows her to not only facilitate meaningful relationships with her clients, but to be an advisor to her clients throughout every step of the acquisition and disposition process. She is well versed in contract negotiation, asset management, and has an eye for detail that provides her clients with a reliable and trustworthy advisor.

Emma graduated from the University of Arizona Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and holds a real estate license in California.
