Elizabeth Davis specializes in multifamily properties with values of $5 million and above. Ms. Davis has worked with institutional clients for more than 20 years in brokerage and development strategy, and currently serves high net worth investors, institutional clients, and developers.
In 2016, Ms. Davis led a team that brokered the largest apartment sale to-date in Portland’s urban core, the $127 million, 21-story, 264 unit, newly-constructed and pre-stabilized Yard. Ms. Davis is one of the most successful land brokers in Portland, representing sellers of prime development sites, ranging from over 30 acre sites, to a critical full-block in historic downtown Hillsboro, to a prime quarter block in the Pearl District.
Ms. Davis speaks as a panelist and moderator for multifamily events, including CREW Portland's May 2020 Economic Update and the 2020 Apartment Investing Educational Summit. In 2019 she received the ACE Award by Multifamily NW for Best Renovated Property of the Year in the Portland market, for her work as a principal with Fairmont Park Properties’ 12-plex, Excelsior Lofts, in the St. Johns neighborhood.
In 2014, Ms. Davis was honored as one of Real Estate Forum’s national "Women of Influence". In 2016, 2014, 2013 and 2012 she received the prestigious CoStar Power Broker award, naming her one of the Top 10 Commercial Investment Sales Brokers in Portland, Oregon. In addition, she has received numerous industry marketing honors including Maxi Awards, RAC Awards and a Telly Award. Ms. Davis' market insights have been published in Urban Land, MultiHousing News, GlobeSt.com, Multifamily Executive and The Washington Post.
Ms. Davis graduated cum laude from Oregon State University where she studied journalism and business. She completed post-graduate courses in real estate finance and law at UCLA. She is a full member of the Urban Land Institute, NMHC, Multifamily NW and CREW.
