Ebrahim Valliani

Ebrahim Valliani is an investment advisor with a proven track record in dispositions of hospitality assets in Illinois and neighboring areas. Ebrahim is First Vice President Investments for the firm’s National Hospitality Division and his primary role includes client advisement, business development, effective marketing and sale of an asset, and completion of a transaction from start to finish.

Ebrahim Valliani is well versed in the realm of hotels, understanding the perspective of an owner and prospective buyer. This allows him to look at the asset from both sides and come up with a game plan for each individual client, which is unique to his or her own financial and lifestyle goals. Ebrahim brings a broad range of experience in the field of hotels including operations, development, rebranding, investment, and sales.

Since joining Marcus and Millichap in July of 2015, Ebrahim has been directly responsible for closing over 110 hotel transactions for around $400MM throughout the United States. In 2019, Ebrahim was among the Top 10 Investment Sales Specialists in Chicago for Marcus and Millichap and Top 10 within the firm’s National Hospitality Division.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap and their National Hospitality Division, Ebrahim Valliani worked with two national hotel brands throughout Texas and Illinois, in various departments, including Rooms, Food and Beverage, Sales, and Management. His career spans over 20 years in the hospitality and restaurant industry, including the founding of a Consulting firm where Ebrahim Valliani advised small business owners in understanding and entering the hotel industry, allowing them to diversify their portfolio mainly from the C-Store and Restaurant Franchise sectors. Ebrahim was born in Chicago, IL and spent time in Seattle, WA, Los Angeles, CA and Dallas, TX before eventually moving back home to his hometown of Chicago in 2004.
